William R. Stober "Bill", beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at Luther Acres, Lititz, PA.
William was born in Mt. Gretna, PA, the son of the late William H. Stober and Helen D. Stober.
He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.
During Bill's 90 years of life he enjoyed hunting, becoming a PA Hunter Safety Instructor for over 40 years through the PA Game Commission. Fishing, camping and golfing were also activities he enjoyed as well as traveling for business or pleasure with his beloved wife.
As one of the founders of Advance Graphics Equipment of York, Inc. he served as the company's Vice President of Sales and Manufacturing. His expertise and dedication earned him the respect of colleagues and clients alike.
Bill was a dedicated member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Colebrook and was also involved with the Mt. Gretna Area Historical Society as a docent giving tours of the museum and keeping alive the history of the Mt Gretna area.
He is survived by his loving wife, Alma (Ebright), with whom he celebrated over 70 years of marriage; his daughters Sharon Rimmler, wife of Bill of Leola, and Deborah Stober, partner of Eric of Stuart, FL; grandson William Rimmler III, husband of Angelina of LaPlata, MD; and great-granddaughter Elizabeth Rimmler. He is also survived by his siblings, Helen Row, Dora McAlpin and John Stober, husband of Molly, all of Lititz.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 12PM on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at Luther Acres Chapel, 600 E. Main Street, Lititz, PA 17543. Family and friends will be received from 11AM until the time of service.
