“Bill” Focht

Wilbur M. "Bill" Focht, 75, of Annville ,formerly of Hollidaysburg and resident of Lititz for 28 years, passed away on Sunday, April, 17, 2016 after a short but courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife, Marcia Greiner Focht. They celebrated 55 years of marriage on October 15, 2015. Born in Roaring Spring, PA, he was the son of the late George M. and Thelma Gates Focht.
He retired from Kemps Foods in 2002 after 8 years of service. Prior to this, he had worked at Lafferty Trucking of Altoona, and then for 10 years for Utility Keystone Trailers in Lancaster. After retirement, Bill worked part-time at Keens Services in Lititz.
Bill enjoyed traveling across the country with Marcia on their motorcycle. He was a member of the Gold Wing Road Riders Assn PA Chapter B. He also enjoyed football and listening to country gospel music. Bill was a loving husband and father, and loved spending time with his friends and family. He was a member of Frankstown Park Missionary Church in Hollidaysburg.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his beloved daughter, Debbie married to Andy Ganteaume of Lititz, and his loving grandson, Brennan. Bill is also survived by his three brothers: Robert of Elizabethtown, and Walter and George, both of Hollidaysburg and three sisters: Bonnie Moyer of Hollidaysburg and Connie Hartman and Peggy Stiffler, both of Duncansville.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 from 6-8PM at the Charles F. Snyder Jr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA. The family will receive friends again on Thursday, April 21, 2016 from 2-3PM, with the Funeral Service to follow at 3PM. Interment will be in the Brunnerville UM Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions in Bill's memory to the Four Diamonds Fund At Penn State Hershey Children's Hospital, 90 Hope Drive, A120, Box 852, Hershey, PA 17033.
