Wendy M. Ecenrode, 59, of Columbia, passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Saturday, September 18, 2021. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of Barbara (Plaster) Ecenrode and the late Roger Ecenrode.

She will be remembered for her many dedicated years at the Manheim Auto Auction. Wendy will be fondly remembered for having a heart of gold. She frequently thought of others, and would go out of her way to make someone smile. Her children treasure the collections she gathered and gifted to them over the years. She amassed a personal collection of frogs, which she cherished.

Wendy is survived by her mother Barbara, children: Chris Dupont, Carey Dupont and Angela Dupont all of Lancaster, grandson: Caelan Dupont, and siblings: Dorothy Ecenrode, Roger Ecenrode Jr., David Ecenrode and Jody Ecenrode as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in passing by her father.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a memorial contribution to a charity of your choosing.
