Virginia A. (Dorwart) Northeimer, 64, of  New Providence, passed away on Sunday April 27,2008 after a lengthy illness. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late John E. Sr. and Dorothy (Herzog) Dorwart. She was widowed to the late J. Lewis Northeimer who passed away on June 5 ^th ,1995.

Mrs. Northeimer was employed as a switchboard operator at Willow Valley Resort before retiring. She attended Zion United Church of Christ in Strasburg.

Surviving is Virginia's daughter, Virginia L, married to Jon Cole of New Providence,  four grandchildren, Chelsea, Autumn, Jared and Jeremy, and a brother John E.Dorwart Jr. married to Elizabeth of Lancaster.

Services will be held at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home Inc. 414 East King St, Lancaster PA. 17602, 393-9661 on Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at 11A.M. There will be a viewing from 10 A.M. until the time of the service. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
