Virginia May Book, 83, of Lancaster, PA passed away at home after a long battle with cancer and surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Lancaster on January 5, 1926 to the late William C. and Mable (Bally) Styer.

Virginia is survived by four children, son Gordon Book husband of Carol of Lancaster, son Larry Book husband of Vicky of East Petersburg, son Richard husband of Paula of Lancaster, and a daughter Vicki Sprout wife of Paul of Lancaster, nine grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by a daughter Karen Book.

Relatives and friends are respectively invited to attend the Memorial Service from the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, 441 N. George St. Millersville, PA 717-872-5041 on Wednesday March 11, 2009 at 11am with Msgr. Thomas Smith. Friends may pay their respects at the funeral home from 10-11am.
