Vicki L. LaPeruta, 54, passed away at her Lititz, PA home on Wednesday, July 5, 2017. She and her husband, Richard LaPeruta, Jr., celebrated 30 years of marriage last August 16th. Vicki was born in San Francisco to Ada Jeune and the late Richard Sloan.

An alumna of Saugerties High School in New York, she was a tremendous homemaker for her family. She worked for the IU-13 (2003-2006) as a physical support aid and also joyfully volunteered for IU-13 activities. Vicki was devoted to her family, especially her grandchildren, and she enjoyed decorating and gardening. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church.

Vicki is survived by her husband Richard and their three daughters, Ashley M. LaPeruta, wife of Kenton Zimmerman, Amber J. LaPeruta and Alexa L. LaPeruta; three grandchildren, Alexandria LaPeruta, Eloise LaPeruta and Bryant Zimmerman; her mother Ada Jeune and stepfather Joseph Weber; stepmother Anne Theresa Sloan; father and mother-in-law Richard and Judith LaPeruta; her siblings, Jerry Sloan husband of Annette, Paul Sloan, husband of Mia, Kimberly Sloan, Jodie Wieshaupt, wife of Ryan, Jennifer Weber and Bobbie-Jo Cienfuegos, wife of Raul; stepsiblings, Patricia Kirlauski, wife of Michael, and John Hoffman, husband of Elizabeth; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation will take place Monday, July 10, 2017 from 2 to 3 PM, followed by the memorial service at 3 PM with Rev. James O'Blaney C.Ss.R. officiating, at the Charles F, Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 610 Community Way, Lancaster, PA 17603.
