Valentine L. Rodriguez, 43, of Harrisburg, formerly of Columbia, passed away unexpectedly on January 10, 2024. Born in Bronx, NY, he was the son of Peggy Rosa and the late Valentin Rodriguez. He was married to Amanda (Taddy) Rodriguez.

His smile was contagious, and he always went out of his way to make others laugh. He was a jokester at heart. Valentine was very intelligent, excelling in anything he set his mind to and enjoyed writing and producing music. Most importantly, he was dedicated to his faith and the Bible. He enjoyed memorizing scripture and teaching others the word of God.

Valentine is survived by his wife Amanda; mother, Peggy; children: Braylon Rodriguez, Allyana Rodriguez, and Gabriel Rodriguez; a stepdaughter, Josalyn Taddy, and siblings: Jezel Rosa-Hiligoss, wife of Aaron, Leanette Morris, and Camille Rodriguez.

The family will receive guests for a casual visitation honoring Valentine on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 N. George St. Millersville, PA 17551 from 5 – 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to be given to the funeral home to assist Valentine's family with the funeral expenses.
