Toby O. Reichard, 65, of Lancaster, passed away at home following a brief illness. Toby, the son of the late Dale and Miriam (Schoff) Reichard was born in Lancaster, and was the loving husband of Vi (Antes) Reichard.

Until his retirement, Toby was a construction worker and was employed most recently by Gallagher Construction of Lancaster. Toby was known for his great sense of humor and enjoyed taking regular trips to the casinos. He was an avid fisherman who especially loved spending time at Ocean City, MD. A wonderful cook, Toby enjoyed relaxing with a beer and spent his free time working on puzzles and was an expert in wood crafting.

In addition to his wife Vi, Toby is survived by a step-son Larry Parson, husband of Lori of Lancaster; 2 grandchildren: Justin and Kelsie Parson; a sister-in-law, Lorraine Jaco, wife of Michael of Lancaster; a nephew, David Zink; and a niece Katie Zink.

Memorial services will be held at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 N. George St., Millersville, PA 17551, on Monday, June 9, 2014 at 7 PM, with Pastor Matthew Kroll officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
