Tim Wagner, 51 of Lancaster, passed away Friday, Nov. 13, 09 @ LGH. Born in Lampeter he was the son of Catherine Wagner & the late Chet Wagner. Tim was the loving husband of Kathy Quinn-Wagner with whom they celebrated 14 years of marriage this past Valentine Day. Tim was employed by the Bedstead & enjoyed working @ the Corn Wagon. He loved Fishing, Gardening, and above all, helping others. Surviving in addition to his wife Kathy are 2 children, who which he was so proud of -(both is the Navy) Zeb & Sara Brackman & a brother Ken Wagner. Not to mention of all the friends' lives he touched. A memorial Service honoring Tim's life will be held Sat. Nov. 21, 09 at the Charles F.
