Thomas A. Funk, 60, of Lancaster, PA and formerly of Lititz, passed away on Wednesday, December 08, 2010 at the Hospice Center of Lancaster while surrounded by his loving family.  He was the husband of Debra J. Funk with whom he celebrated 28 years of marriage on July 29 ^th of this year.

Born in Waynesboro, PA, he was the son of Dorothy Kuhn and the late Robert Funk and the stepson of the late Harry Kuhn.

Tom graduated from Waynesboro High School and Millersville University.  He had a career in sales and marketing and was recognized as a top achiever in his field.  Tom simply loved life and had a huge impact on everyone he met. Because of his amazing positive attitude he was truly an inspiration for so many people, especially during his 4 yr battle with cancer. He will truly be missed by many.

Tom is survived by three daughters, Nicole, (wife of Manuel Vega and their sons Alex and Andre Maldonado) of Lititz, Lindsay J Funk of King of Prussia and Haley A. Funk of Lancaster.  He is survived by siblings, Greg Funk, (husband of Leah) of Chambersburg, P. Jeffrey Funk (husband of Julie) of Waynesboro, Susan, (wife of Robert Bartles) of Waynesboro, sister-in-law, Nettie Funk of Finksburg, MD,  stepbrother, Brian Kuhn of Richmond, VA and stepsister, Sharon Finafrock of Waynesboro. He is also survived by some very special cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two of his brothers, Eric Funk and Douglas Funk.

A viewing will be held from 1-4pm on Saturday, December 11, 2010 at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory 3110 Lititz Pk. Lititz, PA 17543 followed by a Memorial Service at 4pm.
