Theresa J. (Pickel) Helm, 65, of Lancaster, PA, passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2024. Born in Lancaster, PA, she was the daughter of Nancy Jane (Spangler) and the late Robert Richard Pickel. Theresa was the beloved wife of Scott A. Helm, with whom she celebrated 34 years of marriage.

She graduated from Conestoga Valley High School and pursued a career as a salesperson in radio advertising. Theresa had a passion for visiting Ocean City, Maryland, and cherished spending holidays with her family.

She was a devoted member of the Worship Center and is survived by her husband, Scott A. Helm; her son, Trent Helm of Lancaster; her brother, John Pickel, husband of Jeralyn, of Lititz and her sister Susan Miller of Willow Street; and several nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her beloved cat, Kristi.

Theresa was preceded in death by her father and her uncle, Will Spangler.
