Theresa O. (Loar) Roadcap, 75, of Lancaster, passed away on Friday, March 17, 2023. Born in Hampton Road, VA she was the daughter of the late Gladys and Carl E. Loar, Sr. .

Theresa was a proud veteran of the US Air Force. She enjoyed camping and fishing. She was a gifted stained-glass artist and also enjoyed making other crafts. In her free time, she enjoyed solving puzzles and bowling. She also enjoyed attending horse shows with her daughter and working with them.

Theresa is survived by her children: William B. Jacoby (Judy) and Christina D. Roadcap (William J. Dougherty) her 4 grandchildren: Kayla, Jessica, Laura and Daniel as well as 5 great-grandchildren; her brother Carl E. Loar Jr. (Ann); her nephew Tony and niece Shelley. She was preceded in death by her brother Wayne Loar.
