Theodore N. Smith, 52, passed away on December 3, 2009 in Phoenix, AZ.

Born in Lebanon, PA, he was the son of Catherine E. Leedy Smith of Lititz, and the late Earl L. Smith.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughters, Megan D. and Paige H. Smith, his grandson Aiden, his sister Elayne C. Olson and brother Timothy A. Smith.

He will be laid to rest with his father on January 30, 2010 in the Schaefferstown Cemetery.Arrangements by the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home and Chapel, Lititz.
