Theodore "Ted" R. Elser, 62, of Marietta, PA, passed away on June 18, 2018 at Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Clayton H. & Verna I. (Reese) Elser. Ted was the loving husband of 19 years to Cali "Sheila" Elser. Ted attended the Penn Manor school district and was a graduate of the class of 1973. Ted served in the US Army from 1974 to 1996 and retired as a CW3. Ted then worked at Turkey Hill Dairy, retiring in 2017. In addition to his wife, Cali, Ted is survived by 6 children: Kip Lines, husband of Katy, Tyler Elser, husband of Michelle, Jennifer Elser, Afton King, wife of Brian, Logan Montgomery and DJ Montgomery, fiancé of Nicci; 9 grandchildren; a brother, Timothy Elser, husband of Julia, 2 nephews and a niece. A viewing will be held from 10-11 AM with a Funeral Service to begin at 11 AM on Friday, June 22, 2018 at LCBC, 2392 Mount Joy Road, Manheim, PA 17545 (Plaza entrance) officiated by Kevin Mahan.
