Thelma K. Young, 104, of Lancaster, passed away, Monday, April 12, 2010 at Homestead Village Nursing Home. Born in Conestoga, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Frank and Elizabeth (Brenner) Campbell. Thelma was the wife of the late Samuel B. Young  who died in 1997.

Thelma was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, and reading. Thelma assisted with the gardening at Manor View Nursery.

Thelma is survived by a daughter; Jean Y. Mutchler of Lancaster. And a grandson; D. Michael Mutchler of Millersville.

She was preceded in death by 2 sisters; Mary Sickman and Vivian Gunzenhouser. And 3 brothers; Art, Perm, and Lester Campbell.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, April 17, 2010 at Conestoga Memorial Park at 10:30 a.m.. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Otterbein United Methodist Church 20 E.
