We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved son, Tanner Joseph Stanton. Tanner is survived by his Sisters Emma Stanton-Huhn & Jenny Stanton, Father Jeff Stanton, Mother Teresa Stanton-Gee, Step-Father Mike Gee, and Stepsisters Hannah Gee-Langen and Kaitlyn Gee. As well as his Grandparents Sharon Stanton-Verlinde, Dale & Martha Stoner, and Aunts Cindy Swigger and Crystal Madden. Tanner was born on August 4th, 1993, in Sierra Vista Arizona.

He traveled with his family to Pennsylvania before starting 10th grade and flourished with the move. He loved Pennsylvania with the friends he met and the nature it provided.

Tanner was a creative soul, with an imaginative mind and an innovative nature. Tanner loved the outdoors while Snowboarding, Kayaking and Fishing. Tanner was a private person, but a sensitive person. He cared for his family, and his dog Junior. We lost him too soon and with great pain for his family. Tanner passed on August 26th, 2024, he was 31 years old. We will miss you dearly, our sweet beloved son.

Please join us on Thursday September 5th at 11am for greetings with Family, and then Services at Noon at Snyders Funeral Home, 441 N. George St. Millersville PA 17551. We will then travel to Columbia Crossing 41 Walnut St. Columbia PA 17512– On the Susquehanna River for a Celebration of Life 1:30-4:00pm.
