Susan G. Tice, 58, of Lancaster, PA, passed away on Friday, July 29, 2016 at Lancaster Regional Medical Center. She was the wife of Robert M. Tice, with whom she shared 28 years of marriage this past October 17th. Born in the Bronx, New York City, NY, she was the daughter of the late Vaclovas "Walter" and Jennette Yasevec Incys. Susan had worked as a lease administrator for LMS-PMA Commercial Real Estate in Lancaster for the past 13 years. Prior to this, she had worked for Fisher & Co. Commercial Real Estate. She like to read, had enjoyed bike riding and had an eye for decorating. Susan was a very upbeat and positive person, seeing the good in everyone. She was helpful and thoughtful, always thinking of others. In addition to her husband, Robert, she is survived by her brother, Larry Incys of Oregon. She was preceded in death by her sister, Victoria A. Incys. Friends are invited to attend a Gathering and Celebration of Susan's life on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 from 2-3PM at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 E. King St., Lancaster, PA, with a Time of Sharing to be held at 3PM.
