Susan Celeste Foulk, 58, of Lancaster, passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her family. Born in Upper Darby, she was the daughter of the late Alfonse and Emma C. Bennett Balchiunas. A Registered Nurse, Susan worked at Jennersville Regional Hospital in West Grove. She also had worked at the Ware Presbyterian Nursing Home in Oxford. Her love for her children was foremost in her life. She enjoyed gardening, was an excellent cook known for her marinara sauce and chocolate silk pie, liked to dance and ride her bike. She is survived by her 4 children: Jason Sikes of Raleigh, NC, Bethany Sikes of Denver, CO, Lio Foulk and LiLiGrace Foulk, both of Lancaster, and by her siblings: Carol Roten of Lancaster and David Balchiunas of Aston,PA. Her family would like to gratefully acknowledge the care and compassion shown offered to Susan by her best friend, Sharon Trimble. Friends will be received on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA from 1:30-2:30PM, with the Memorial Service to follow at 2:30PM.
