Sue Ellen Youmans, 72, of Lititz, PA, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Hospice and Community Care, Mount Joy, after a long battle with cancer. She was the loving wife to Leon Youmans to whom she was married for 34 years. She was the daughter of the late Richard and Mildred Hess. Sue was a member of Lititz Church of The Brethren. Sue enjoyed her dogs and corresponding with cards and letters to and from her friends and loved ones. She will be greatly missed by all. In addition to her loving husband, Leon, she is survived by a brother, John Hess (Elma) of Lititz, one niece; Lisa Greenway of Lititz, one nephew; Jeffrey Hess of South Carolina, two-step daughters; Joyce Rollofson and Laurie Youmans both of California, two step-grandchildren; Randi Meier and Cole Rollofson, and one great grandson; Wyatt Rollofson. A service celebrating the life of Sue will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 11AM at Lititz Church of the Brethren. Interment will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
