Stanley P. Danz, 81 of Richland Lane.,Mt. Joy, died Friday at Manor Care.

Born in Lancaster County, he was the son of the late Joseph A. And Catherine I. (Evans) Danz. He was the husband of the late Minnie B. (Rager) Danz who passed away January 29, 2007.

Stanley was a foundry worker in The Core Shop for over forty years working for New Jersey Shell and Casting in Marietta. He was a Life Member of the 8 ^th Ward Club, Life Member of the Active Social and Beneficial Association and G.B.U. (Greater Beneficial Union). He was a member and Usher of  St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Surviving are his children: Edward Danz, married to Sarah, James Danz, Donald Danz, married to Sharon, and Catherine Pokopec, married to Jeff; seven grandchildren; six Great grandchildren; and two brothers Veral Danz, married to Arlene and Vincent Danz, married to Nancy.

Funeral services will be held at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, 441 N. George St., Millersville, on Tuesday June 26, 2007, at 10A.M. Friends may be received from 9A.M. until the time of the service. Interment in St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made In Stanley's memory to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 440 St. Joseph St. Lancaster PA.
