Shirley Joanne (Williams) Kandolf, 92, of Lititz, passed away peacefully on January 24, 2026.

Born in 1933, Shirley was a lifelong resident of Lancaster County. Shirley attended St. Joseph Elementary School and was a 1951 graduate of Lancaster Catholic High School. She worked as an office clerk with Hager Brothers and later with Wisconsin Electric Power Company before returning to the workforce years later as a department manager at Maxwells and an assistant department manager at Service Merchandise, retiring in 1990.

In 1957, Shirley married Paul Michael (Mike) Kandolf, beginning a devoted marriage that spanned almost 70 years. She took great pride in being a homemaker and a loving mother to her children. In her free time, she enjoyed playing bingo and watching police dramas on television with Mike. Shirley was also a member of the Happy Hearts Club of the Lancaster Recreation Center.

Shirley is survived by her husband, Mike Kandolf of Lancaster; her children, Michael Kandolf, husband of Mary, of Michigan; Geri Weaver, wife of Timothy, of Leola, Pennsylvania; and Cindy Kandolf, wife of Steinar Haug, of Norway. She is also survived by seven grandsons and three great-granddaughters, as well as many extended family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Benjamin T. Williams and Mildred A. Snyder.

A viewing will be held on Friday, January 30, 2026, beginning at 5pm until 7pm. at Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz PA. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 601 E Delp Rd, Lancaster, PA at 11am. Burial will follow at St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery.
