Shirley L. Snyder, 91, of New Holland, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 11, 2018. She was the loving wife of the late Paul F. Snyder who died in 2014. Born in Shamokin, PA she was a daughter of the late Lorraine (Urenn) Rogers and Harold S. Rogers. Shirley took great pride in her home. She was known for her sewing and enjoyed making her own clothing as well as clothing for others. She enjoyed cooking and baking and loved to fill the tables with cookies. Most of all, she loved to spend time with her family. She is survived by her son: Terry Snyder, husband of Anna Marie of Lancaster, PA; grandson: Paul, husband of Jessica of Lebanon, PA and great-grandchildren: Savannah and Giuliana. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1PM on Saturday, December 15, 2015 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 31 S. Duke Street, Lancaster, PA 17602. The family will receive guests from 12PM to 1PM. Private Interment will be held at Valley Forge Memorial Gardens.
