Sherry L. Fissel, 77, of Philadelphia passed away on February 23, 2025, at her home. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Adam D. Sr. and Betty Jane Lehman Fissel. She obtained her bachelor's from Moore College of Art in 1969 and went into the field of graphic design and was known for her creative personality and artistic work. She was an avid reader as well as an excellent cook and baker.

Surviving is a sister, Marian Fissel and a brother, Adam D. Fissel Jr.,as well as nieces, Tracy Fissel-Brown, of Lancaster, Jamie Meadows, of Florida, nephew, Daniel Fissel-Painter, of Colorado, and a host of great nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death is a sister, Pat Fissel and a brother, Howard Fissel.
