Shelby Brianne Clouser, 34, of Lancaster passed away on September 22, 2019. Born in Lancaster, CA, she was the daughter of Tina (Hagler) Simon and the late Daniel Simon and wife of the late William A. Clouser.

Shelby loved spending time at the beach, soaking in the sun on the sand and listening to music. She was easy going and carefree. Shelby had a goofy character and always did things her own way.

Most important to her was her children. She loved and adored her three boys; Landon, Lucas, and Liam. In addition to her children, she is survived by her mother, Tina, and her sister, Alison Hagler.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Gift of Life at 401 N. 3rd St, Philadelphia, PA 19123 to the attention of Anna Mudd.
