It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sheila "Shelly" Charles on March 3, 2025; a beloved wife, mother, and mommom. Shelly was a devoted and compassionate woman who touched the lives of all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband, Doug Charles; her daughter, Jackie Ciarelli; her son-in-law, Brett Ciarelli; her cherished grandchildren, Dillon and Parker Ciarelli; her sister, Sharon Seifert Manz (John); and her cousin, Bill Raver (Sally).

Shelly's love and kindness will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association in her memory.

Shelly's kindness, warmth, generosity, and sense of humor will never be forgotten.
