Sharon Lee Ressler, 84, of Mount Wolf, passed peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, Wednesday, February 4, 2026. She fought valiantly in her battle against cancer and never gave up. Born in Fulton Township, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Zollie (Greer) Daughton. She was the loving wife of the late Robert H. Ressler, who died in 2022.

Sharon was a 1959 graduate of Solanco High School. For many years, she was a stay-at-home mom, caring for her family. Eventually, she went to work as a Certified Nurses Assistant at Masonic Village, where she cared for those in the dementia unit.

Sharon's priority was her family. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother, affectionately known as "Memaw". A tenacious reader, Sharon, enjoyed reading books of various kinds, but especially enjoyed reading fiction mysteries. She enjoyed traveling with her family to Disney World every year and Ocean City, MD. Each Sunday, Sharon enjoyed getting together with her family for Sunday dinner.

Sharon is survived by her daughter, Yvonne Richards, wife of Ricardo, of Mount Wolf; grandson, Darien Ressler; siblings, James, husband of Rosemary, and David Daughton; and a host of nieces and nephews who meant the world to Sharon. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Pansy Hagsma, Betty Walker, and Roger Daughton.
