Sara A. Durborow, 83, of Lancaster passed away Monday, January 16, 2017 at Hospice & Community Care in Mount Joy. Born in Columbia, PA she was the daughter of the late George F. and Sarah Y. (Harry) Kline and the wife of the late James H. "Whitey" Durborow who passed away in 1990. She worked at Hubley Toys in Lancaster, Two Guys and eventually retired from Acme Distributors. Sara was a longtime member of Grace Evangelical Congregational Church in Lancaster. She is survived by her children: Patricia L. Wright wife of Thomas C., III, of Lancaster, James G. Durborow husband of Patricia of Lancaster, Y. Kim Sementelli of Lancaster, Jeffrey S. Durborow of Lancaster, Candy S. Houck wife of Brian of New Providence, Keith W. Durborow of Lancaster and George F. Durborow husband of Sonya of Lancaster. Also surviving are 16 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, David G. Durborow, and sisters, Viola Downer and Betty Jane Herr. Funeral Services will be held at 11AM on Friday, January 20, 2017 at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 E. King St, Lancaster, PA 17602. Interment will follow in Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery. Family and friends will be received one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Friday.
