Sara Louise Bachman, 64, of Lancaster, PA, passed away on August 8, 2015 at Long Community at Highland. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Janice (Rathbun) Mast. Sara enjoyed going to the Shore. She also loved music. Surviving are two sons: Eric Hiepler, husband of Jessica, of Marietta, PA and Kent R. Bachman, husband of Bonnie Brecht, of Lancaster, PA; four grandchildren: Jennifer & Olivia Hiepler, Zoe R. & Grady J. Bachman; a sister, Nancy E. Mast; and many nieces and a nephew. Sara was preceded in death by a sister, Judith Spangler. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at First Presbyterian Church, 140 E. Orange Street, Lancaster, PA 17602. Friends will be received from 1-2 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Sara's memory may be made to the church.
