Salvatore Jenkins, Sr., 67, passed away at his Lititz home on Saturday, October 23, 2021. He was born in New York, NY, the son of the late John and Vivian (Ciccolio) Jenkins. Sal shared 39 years of marriage with his wife Flora Lynda (Danise) Jenkins.

A graduate of Seward Park Smith High School in Manhattan, Sal worked as a New York City High Rise superintendent for 25 years. He enjoyed being a plumber and electrician, and fixing things. After moving to Lancaster County, Sal worked for R.R. Donnelley at the Greenfield Road East Plant for 10 years.

In addition to his wife Flora, Sal is survived by two sons, Salvatore V. Jenkins, Jr., husband of Amanda Santiago of Lititz, and Christen J. Jenkins, husband of Janie of New Holland; his daughter, Melissa S. Plante, wife of Jason M Plante of Lititz; three grandchildren, Nathan Plante, Madison Plante, and Jadalyn Jenkins; as well as his sister-in-law, Patricia, wife of Armando Batista, Sr. of Lititz. Sal was one of four sons.

Sal's family will greet friends from 2:00 to 3:00 PM, followed by a celebration of his life at 3:00 PM, on Thursday with The Rev. Hans Becklin officiating, on November 4, 2021, at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543.
