Ruth M. (Weidner) Annan, 88, formerly of Southampton, died Friday, November 8, 2013 at St. Anne's Retirement Community in Columbia, PA. Born in Philadelphia, she was the wife of the late Charles E. Annan, who died January 6, 2009. She was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Ann (Maile) Weidner. Of the Methodist faith, Ruth was a member of Eastern Star, Slipper Club, and Rebecca Lodge. She was employed in sales for 20 years, mainly working for small, family-owned companies. Ruth is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Lloyd and Linda Collins-Annan of Lancaster; and a niece, Hope Walsh and her husband Michael of Yardley. She was preceded in death by her sister, Margaret Bentz. It was Ruth's wish that no services be held.
