Ruth N. Gatti, 87 of Prospect Park, PA, formerly of Lancaster passed away Monday, November 16, 2015. Born July 21, 1928 in Swatara Twp, PA and raised in Hummelstown, she was the daughter of the late Marlin and Mildred (Gingrich) Stopfel. She was married to Charles J. Gatti who passed away this past March. She worked as an apartment manager for many years in the St. Louis area. Before St. Louis, because of her husband's job in the aerospace industry, Ruth and her family had lived in Baltimore, Cape Canaveral, Okinawa, Little Rock, Denver, Philadelphia. Ruth was an avid bowler with numerous trophies. She also participated in the Senior Olympics with her husband. Ruth enjoyed gardening. Ruth is survived by her sons and their wives, Jim (Sandy), Charlie, and Keith (Julie), her grandchildren, Phyllis, Cheryl, Jim, Jacob, Andrew and five great-grandchildren. Services will be held at a later date.
