Ruth V. Carl, 74, of Lebanon, PA, passed away peacefully on June 15, 2017. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late George & Ruth V. (Nesbitt) Korn. She was best known as Ginny as her childhood name. Ruth was really delighted of her cooking. She was an artist and enjoyed drawing. Ruth loved to help the homeless in any way that she could. She also helped and donated to veterans. She enjoyed the outdoors, watching movies, Bible studies & church activities, Native American history, but most of all, family was most important to her. Ruth will be missed by her children: Dawn Arnold, wife of Jarrod, Tammy Marlow, wife of Scott, Joy Yocklovich and John Carl, husband of Tracy. She was a proud grandmother of 19 grandchildren. A viewing will be held from 10-11 AM with a Funeral Service to follow at 11 AM on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at Calvary Chapel Church, 740 Willow Street, Lebanon, PA 17046. Ruth will be laid to rest at 2 PM at Hillside Cemetery, Roslyn, PA. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Lebanon Rescue Mission, Homeless Shelter, PO Box 5, Lebanon, PA 17042.
