Russell W. Brown, Sr., 87, of New Holland, PA passed away Friday, July 26, 2013 at Lancashire Hall, Lititz, PA. Born in Troy, PA, he was the husband of Margaret (Heaney) Brown of New Holland, and the son of the late Irving and Margery (Williams) Brown.

A farmer by trade, he loved farming and also enjoyed hunting and fishing.

In addition to his wife of 68 years, he is survived by his children: Marjorie Rusaw and her husband Jim of Indianapolis, IN; Linda Nelson and her husband Brad of Truxton, NY; Karen Brown of Courtland, NY; Marsha Nutkins and her husband Allen of Lancaster, PA; Vickie Hensley of TN; and Russell Brown Jr. and his wife Deborah of Ronks, PA; 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two sisters: Lillian Sterling and Geraldine Croute.

It was Russell's wish that no services be held.
