Russel F. Enterline, 89, of Lancaster passed away Saturday May 10, 2014. Born in Manor Township, he was the son of the late Russel A. and Blanche Fry Enterline and was the husband of Dorothy J. Herr Enterline with whom he celebrated 69 years of marriage.

Russel retired from Sperry New Holland after 30 years of service.

He was an avid hunter and loved the mountains. He enjoyed auctions and worked for a local auctioneer. He thoroughly enjoyed playing games with family and friends and brought laughter and joy to all winners and losers.

Russell was a member of Calvary Bible Church, Mt. Joy and Gideon's International. His passion was working with Military Evangelism.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Shelby J., wife of Jan Askman of Long Beach, CA, Sherri L., wife of Nelson Peters of Lancaster, PA; two grandchildren, Russel Baughman and Jennifer Peters; and a brother Roy Enterline, husband of Evelyn, of Lancaster. He was preceded in death by a brother.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 11AM at Calvary Bible Church, 629 Union School Rd, Mt. Joy, PA. A Viewing will be held from 10-11AM at the church. Interment at Millersville Mennonite Cemetery at 2:30PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Russel's memory to the Gideon's local chapter, P.O. Box 194, Manheim, PA 17545.
