Ruber Perez Novas was a loving husband, friend, father, cousin, uncle and pastor. His main focus was to dedicate his life for God helping others to grow in the Church House of Jesus Christ. His wife Maritza Castillo both married for more than 28 years and from the Dominican Republic he had 3 kids with his wife. His kids are; Richy Perez 28, Reychard Berrios-Michel 18 and Jeremy perez-Michel 12. His siblings are; Dominga, Enry, Francisco, Miguel angel, and Victor Perez-Novas. He worked at Anvil international company. He lived in Lancaster for about 16+ years He was a pastor who enjoyed playing any instrument especially the bass. His goal in life was to raise his kids to do well in the world and help his church be ready with or without him. He extremely loved to study the bible and was passionate of spreading the word of god to others.

Interment will take place in Cemeterio Municipal Americo Melo, Barahona, Dominican Republic.
