Rosemary M. Malave, 73, of Lancaster passed away Saturday, July 14, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family. Born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico she was the daughter of Roberto and Rosa Santiago. She was the loving companion of Jose H. Collazo who passed away in 2014. She was a homemaker and spent her life raising her family. In her spare time she enjoyed playing bingo and going to the casino. She is survived by her children, Jose Collazo, Jr., Debra Wright, Maria Cherry, wife of Anthony and Ismael Malave, all of Lancaster. Also surviving are her nine grandchildren, Jonna Miranda, Dionna Wright, Julian Malave, Jennifer Drayton, Anthony Cherry, Jr., Joseph Collazo, Jocelyn Collazo, Christian Collazo, Mila Rose Malave and three great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1PM on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at San Juan Bautista Catholic Church, 425 S. Duke St, Lancaster, PA 17602 with Rev. Allan F. Wolfe as Celebrant. A viewing will be held from 6-8PM on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 E. King St, Lancaster and again one hour prior to the mass at the church.
