Rose Stypulkoski, 93, of Lancaster, PA passed away at Homestead Village, January 10, 2016. Born in Shickshinny, PA, she was the daughter of the late Adolf and Constance (Lapinski) Stypulkoski. Rose was the proud owner and licensed beautician of Celia & Rose Beauty Salon for over 60 years 406 E. King St. Lancaster, PA. She was Catholic by faith and attended St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Lancaster since 1955. Rose enjoyed bowling, pinochle, and playing cards. She enjoyed her time volunteering at her church's annual Christmas bazaar, St. Anne's Retirement Community and was a member of the ladies auxiliary of the Lancaster Elks as well as a member of the Sister Club. She is survived by a sister-in-law; Anne Stypulkoski, four nieces, great nephews and nieces, and a great great nephew. Rose was preceded in death by her two sisters; Celia and Phyllis, and three brothers; Stanley, Victor and Joseph. A Funeral Mass will be scheduled at a later date at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.
