La familia Uribe Ochoa y familia Restrepo Jaramillo, lamentan el fallacimiento de Rosa E. Uribe, quien fue un excelente hermana y deja entre sus otras hermanas un vacio muy profundo. Que Dios la tenga en su Gloria. La misa se llevara a acabo el Jueves, 23 de Febrero a las 4 de la tarde en la iglesia San Juan Bautista, 425 S. Duke St. Lancaster, PA 17602.

Rosa E. Uribe, a long-time resident of the Lancaster area, died Tuesday the 14th of February in her home. Born in 1944 in Medellin, Colombia S.A., Rosa was one of eight children of the late Mr. Julio Cesar and Mrs. Maria Raquel Restrepo Jaramillo. Rosa worked at Radio Colibri in Medellin Colombia in the1960s. In a career shift, she relocated to the Philadelphia area to look for a brighter future as a housekeeper. She married later in life and moved to Lancaster, PA. Although she was retired, Rosa enjoyed working and during the last few years she worked part time at the Eden Resort. Rosa loved good food and socializing, enjoyed spending time with family and friends at gatherings, and had a wonderful smile that could light up a room. She is survived by her husband, Miguel A. Uribe, sisters, step-children, nieces and nephews, and step-grandchildren. Mass will be held on Thursday February 23rd, 2017 at 4 p.m. at San Juan Bautista Church located at 425 S. Duke St, Lancaster, PA 17602
