Rosa "China" Rodriguez Wilson, 52 of Lancaster and formerly of Brooklyn, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 7, 2022. She leaves behind her beloved husband, Darryl Wilson, Sr., sharing 21 years together.

Rosa will always be remembered for her heart of gold. She catered to everyone's needs and put others before herself. She had a green thumb and enjoyed taking care of her plants. Her family was the center of her life and she adored spending time with her grandchildren. Rosa was a dedicated and loving wife, daughter, and mother.

In addition to her husband Darryl, Rosa is survived by her mother Nora and step-father Elbyn Rodriguez; 7 children: Francisco Romero, Darryl Wilson, Jr. (Carmen), Jonathan Romero (Jennifer), Eric Wilson (Rochelle), Jessica Romero (Alex), Christina Romero (Kayla), and Angel Romero; 3 siblings: John Alvarez, Luis Cortez, and Lydia Luis (Nate); mother-in-law Ellen Wilson, sister-in-law Valerie Wilson Harling (Leon), 9 grandchildren, and a host of beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her father-in-law Woodrow Wilson.

A time for friends and family to gather and celebrate Rosa's life will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 E. King St., Lancaster, beginning at 12 PM. A memorial service will begin at 1 PM.
