Rosa E. Ponton-Anadon, 83, of Lititz, passed away at Hospice & Community Care, Mt. Joy, on Tuesday, November 8, 2016. Born in Ponce, PR, Rosa was the daughter of the late Narciso Ponton and Romona Anadon. Rosa was of the Catholic Faith and worked for many years as a seamstress. She enjoyed sewing, taking care of plants, and drinking coffee. Rosa had a "never give up" attitude and fought several battles against cancer. Always a busy bee, Rosa loved caring for her family. She is survived by three children: Arnaldo Torres, husband of Lisbel, of PR; Maria Torres, wife of Bernard, of Mt. Joy; and Nilca Torres, of Pottstown. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren: Joe, Christy, Roxy, Lulu, Wally, Ivan, Jessy, Danny, Heliud, Naldie, and Arnaldo. Rosa was preceded in death by her son, Antonio Torres. Family and friends will be received from 6-7:30PM, Friday, November 11, 2016, at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. A Christian Prayer Service will follow at 7:30PM. Interment will be private.
