Rosa (Ferrari) Mineo, 84, of Ephrata, passed away on November 18, 2020. Born in Naples, Italy she was the daughter of the late Ferdinando and Maria (DeFelice) Ferrari. She was also the loving wife to Salvatore Mineo until his passing in June of this year.

Rosa will forever be remembered as a caring and loving mother. Her life revolved around her children and grandchildren. Her family will greatly miss her cooking and recipes but will treasure the memories they were able to share with her in the kitchen.

She will be sorely missed by her daughters: Patricia Ferrante, wife of Peter, Rosalie Russo, wife of Salvatore, and Francesca Naimo, wife of Joseph; grandchildren: Daniella, Vincent, Joe, Alessandro, Disma, Adriana, and Jacob; great-grandchildren: Jude, Isaiah, Michael, Lillian, Sophia, Ava, Dominic, Anthony, Valentina, Ariella, Noah, and Julian, and her sister, Josephine. She was preceded in passing by her husband, daughter, Isabella Crowther and grandson, Salvatore Crowther.

A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at 12PM at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA. A viewing will be held from 10AM-12PM. Interment will take place at Pleasant View Cemetery in Reading.
