Ronald L. Fair, 72, of Columbia, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 30, 2023. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Frank, Jr. and Evelyn (Stark) Fair.

Ronald worked as a machinist for many years. He was a lifetime member of the NRA and was a member of the Hempfield Farmers and Sportsmen's Association. Ronald enjoyed fishing along the Susquehanna River and hunting in Sullivan County, enjoyed birdwatching and feeding the hummingbirds, and was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan.

Ronald is survived by 2 children, Christopher Fair and Angela Lyle (Travis), 3 grandchildren, Tylor and Kaisie Fair, and Kaya Lyle, brother Dennis Fair, and sisters Carol Houser and Linda Stump. He was predeceased by his sister Pattie Wenditz.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at 11 AM at Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. The family will receive guests beginning at 10 AM. Interment will immediately follow at Riverview Burial Park.
