Rolando Javier Carcases Diaz, 32, of Lancaster, passed away Sunday, September 7, 2025. Born in Havana, Cuba, he was the son of Odalys Dianet Diaz Puig.

Rolando came to the United States 10 years ago and was passionate about his career as a driver. With a curious mind, he enjoyed being outdoors, was a wiz at math, science and computee and was a spiritual person. He was a baseball fan, his favorite team was the Industriales, a Cuban baseball team.

Rolando is survived by his mother: Odalys Dianet Díaz Puig, his sisters: Dianet Yolanda Carcases Diaz and Dianelys D. Cintra-Diaz, his nephews: Bryan and Jayden Javier.
