He rose through the company, beginning in the fabrication department, later becoming an on-site supervisor and then a project manager. He currently held the position of Vice President. He liked the outdoors, hunting and fishing, surf fishing and deep-sea fishing. Bob also enjoyed golfing and NASCAR racing. He loved going on cruise-ship vacations with his family, and his favorite trip was to Alaska. In addition to his wife, Bob is survived by two sons, Brandon M. Wagner of Ephrata, and Michael A. Wagner of Lititz; a stepson, Eric W. Rico of Lititz; and his granddaughter, Hailey Powell. Also surviving are two brothers, Myron L. Wagner, husband of Kathleen, and Larry H. Wagner, husband of Karen; and three sisters, Sharon L. Zimmerman, wife of Randy, Irene Swetra, wife of Larry, and Kayleen Lute, wife of Tom.
