Robert Levine Styer, 84, of Lancaster, died on Saturday September 1, 2007 at Lancashire Hall.

Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Jerome and Ethel M. (Cramer) Styer.  He was the loving husband of Catherine Elizabeth (Groft) Styer. They celebrated 64 years of marriage on June 19th.

Robert was a salesman for Prudential Insurance for 25 years. He also worked for the Fulton Bank for 10 years as a courier. Robert served in the U.S. Navy during WWII.

Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter, Sandra A. Hart, wife of Clarence, of Lititz; two grandchildren; and one great grandchild.  He is also survived by two brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2007  from the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home and Chapel, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, beginning at 11AM. Friends may be received before the service from 10 until 11AM at the funeral home. Interment in St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery, Lancaster. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Robert's memory to Milagro House, 669 W. Chestnut St., Lancaster, PA 17603.
