Robert T Kress, Jr., 74, formerly of Littlestown and Hanover, died Saturday August 30 at his home in Lancaster. He courageously battled prostate cancer for 4 ½ years. Robert attended St. Aloysius Catholic School, graduated from Delone Catholic High School in 1969 and from St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin in 1973. He was employed by AristoKraft Kitchens in Littlestown for many years, and then Taney Manufacturing Co until his retirement in 2021.

He was the son of Robert T. Kress, Sr and Mary (Eyler) Kress and is survived by his wife of 48 years Sharon (O'Donnell) Kress, sons Nick and Ryan (Loni) Kress and daughter Jennifer (Bryant) Dunn. His five grandchildren, Taylor Dunn, Harper Dunn, Colten Kress, Hudson Dunn and Nolan Kress were the lights of his life and he shared his love of the Phillies, fishing and coin collecting with them. He is also survived by two brothers, Steven Kress of Littlestown and Timothy Kress of Mansfield, along with several nieces and nephews.

Private services and a Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family.
