Robert Lee Earhart, 72, of East Petersburg, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2013 at the Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy Center. Born in Lititz, he was the son of the late Charles M. and Sarah (Rose) Earhart. Robert was the loving husband of Emma M. (Shoff) Earhart with whom he celebrated 53 years of marriage.

Robert graduated from Hempfield High School. He was a licensed plumber for 20 years, and was employed at Harry Ressler, Inc. Robert worked as a licensed water works operator for the East Petersburg Water Authority until he retired.

In addition to his wife, Emma, Robert is survived by three daughters: Tracy Swinehart, wife of Tim, of Columbia, PA, Toni Nolt, wife of Douglas, of East Petersburg and Jennifer Carpenter, wife of Jody, of East Petersburg; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; a sister, Joan Casto of South Charleston, WV; and a brother, Richard Earhart, husband of Jeanette, of Florida.

Robert was preceded in death by two sisters: Joyce Winters and Mary Emma Singer.

A Viewing will take place from 2-4 PM on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543.
