Robert J. DeBarr, 63, of Washington Boro, passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at Monor Care in Lebanon. Born in Greenbrier, WV, he was the son of the late James C. DeBarr, Sr. and Betty L. Smith DeBarr, and the husband of Debra L. (Sterling) DeBarr. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service which will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at 10:30 AM at the New Danville Fire Company, 43 Marticville Road, Lancaster, PA 17603.
