Robert H. Brown, 79, of Lancaster passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at his home. Born in Lancaster, PA he was the son of the late Edward R. and Edna (Kenney) Brown.

Robert had been employed by J.L. Clark as a forklift operator and retired after 40 years of service in 1994. He was an avid bowler and enjoyed all Philadelphia sports, especially the Phillies and Eagles. Most of all he cherished his dog, Chelsea.

He proudly served his country in the US Navy. He was of the Catholic faith.

He is survived by a sister, Margaret A., wife of Norman E. Davis, of Lancaster. Also surviving is a host of nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother and three sisters.

Funeral Services will be at 11AM on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 N. George St, Millersville, PA 17551. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Lancaster. Flowers will be received.
