Rob Breitigan, age 33, who most recently resided in Lancaster, PA, passed away in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida on Friday, August 10, 2018 after losing a long, hard fought battle with drug addiction. Rob was born and raised in Lancaster, PA until he moved to Florida to be with his father and step-mother during high school. Rob loved being near the ocean and abundant sunshine. Rob was so much more than his addiction. He was a loyal friend with a sharp sense of humor. He loved to surf, skateboard, travel, take his dog, Reef, to the dog park, and watch movies. Rob excelled in all things athletic, enjoyed cooking for his sisters, and loved to play the guitar and sing. Rob took great pride in his work as Loadmaster, a job that included the immense responsibility of overseeing multimillion-dollar yachts be transported safely. Rob was happiest when he was spending time with his family. He loved his nephews and was the best uncle, and they loved him even more. Rob is survived by his mother and step-father, Beverly and William Korman. His father and step-mother, Robert and Christine Breitigan. His sister and brother-in-law/best friend, Katie and Doug Eyclesheimer, his sister and her fiancé, Jackie Breitigan and David Nauman, step-brother, Dan Korman, step sister, Staci Harbaugh and husband Andy, step brother, James Korman and wife Abby, his nephews Peter and James Eyclesheimer, his PopPop, James Guerin, and his many aunts, uncles, and cousins, who all adored him. Rob was so loved and his family could not have been more proud of him. Memorial Services for Rob will be held on Tuesday, August 21, 2018, at 11am at the Church of God of Landisville, 171 Church St., Landisville, PA 17538.
